Edible pond, bog and stream plants

In and by our ponds and the water-way running through the Garden, we can plant many plants with edible qualities. Indeed waterplants can produce a large part of our foods, and because they always have access to water, they tend to grow more in a season than most dry land plants. By using the space of the ponds to also keep fish and water fowl, we can make our ponds a great resource, while ceating spaces for wildlife to thrive at the same time!
