Abutilon, Abutilon vitifolium alba
The flowers are up to 8cm in diameter.
A delicious mild flavour with a slight sweetness, they have a pleasant mucilaginous texture and can be eaten in quantity as part of a salad.
(I have the blue-violet version in my garden. I don’t find the flowers very nice, but perhaps the white ones are nicer. Noor)
